What I miss the most after back from Taiwan is definitely Braised Pork Rice (卤肉饭), too bad I still can't find any nice one locally, so how?
Let's head to kitchen and cook it myself! Luckily it is not too difficult at all; pork belly, dark+light soy sauce, onion, garlic, sugar, wine and spices. Cooking time 1 hour and I quickly marinate some cucumber as side. Everything tastes good except I have to live with bad texture local rice.
