阜杭豆漿 @ Taiwan

『参阅台湾行程』

好多台湾老早餐店都卖紧类似嘅嘢,呢间52年历史嘅阜杭豆漿都唔例外。坐落喺善导寺站正对面嘅华山市场,听讲五点几就已经排嗮长龙。传统嘅吃法係厚烧饼夹蛋配一碗咸豆浆,但係我地就点咗普通豆浆配薄烧饼油条夹蛋(20NT+38NT+10NT),都好好味。


老板坚持老面发酵炭火烧饼,一切人手制造。唔知仲会盛传几代,趁有得食就继续支持落去喇。应该係我最钟意嘅台北早餐店,有机会我会再去、又再去、又再去···
