My Klang buddy finally able to have breakfast with me again. Today we are having BKT as usual but focus will be on pork intestines instead of soup. This stall is not too packed and I think mostly only Klang people are visiting.
Their intestines (猪肠) are really good for soup-based BKT, a bit chewy and not smelly at all, other shops either didn't clean it properly, not layered enough or too soft. Why compare only with soup based? Because I think those Yip's families dried BKT doing not bad at all in preparing their intestines. 南发 claimed to be the pioneer in "claypot" style BKT, but their soup is not the type that I like, nevertheless, this is still a nice breakfast session with friends.Read more about 南发 BKT here (unfortunately in Chinese only)
