After read all the good reviews about Donald and Lily, so what's my own opinion?
Among all the dishes that we've ordered, I only like the Chendol. The Nyonya Laksa is pretty normal to me, and the Bean Curd Rojak even uninteresting. There are lot of little eateries in Melaka able to serve better Nyonya Laksa (it's based on my own tastebuds, I need some local guides here).Other reviews:

I had the cendol which is the light version as compared to most of the rest served in Malacca. Didn't try the food though. Those having cendol can only eat standing at the stall or sit at this one sole table at the back...so cham!
Went down to Malacca on Labour Day. Ate at a kopitiam on Jonker St where the only thing that interest me was the Durian Chendol. I guess alot of things are overhyped there.
The laksa looks pretty good from the picture. But I guess can't judge it's taste by the look.
Come Malacca no call me. :(
The curry colour is so vibrant. Taste not up to expectation maybe due to overwhelming crowd?
I've been eating this cendol ever since they were just a stall vs a restaurant. No idea abt the other stuff as we only eat the cendol when we visit.

Cendol and curry laksa looks good...especially good during lunch time.
I agree with you, All Food are just so so only...quite disappointed to me.
