Crystal Jade @ Lot 10

(Quickpost) Revisited Crystal Jade recently. Instead of just order my favourite items, la mian (RM 8) and xiao long bao (RM 8)...

We also tried some hot dishes, which go perfectly with rice. Pork ball & egg yolk (RM 17) is a surprise. I didn't notice any special from the outside, but once cut the pork ball, the egg yolk looks so great. I like the combination of meat with egg yolk, years ago I prepared this quite often at home, but now... too lazy ;-)

Pork Belly (RM 18) is one of my all time favourites. Basically I ordered this whenever I had dinner at Chinese restaurant. It's a bit oily (and therefore unhealthy), not sure how much cholesterol it will contribute to my body, but I just can't stop loving this. Crystal Jade's version slightly strong taste on the vegetables (mui choi), but overall still consider good.

meiyen : go try, but if order both dishes, consider skip the dumpling, because I was quite full that night.

wmw : the egg yolk pork ball thing, they call it "shi zhi tou" (lion head) in Mandarin.

jason : walk outside Lot 10, towards Parkroyal and you will notice this.
