Little Vietnam @ Mid Valley

Where do you have Vietnamese food usually? Notice Little Vietnam at Mid Valley but always thought it should something like Vietnam Kitchen, but surprisingly I found it's quite good after we had our lunch there one fine afternoon.

Maybe not all their items are good, but I really like the Hue Beef Hu Tieu (RM 14) I ordered.

Manage to finish this bowl of Hu Tieu (rice noodle) although it's very hot (to me). The soup taste strong, so I think some of you may not like this (health reason I think), but I will definitely revisit to try this noodle again.

SG doesn't feel like want to take spicy food, so she has ordered Rice 5 ColorMix (RM 8). It looks like Lei Cha in Hakka dish but the taste is totally different. I like this rice too as fresh vegetables are so crunchy and feel good when eat together with rice. They serve this dish with lotus root soup but we conclude it's too salty.

Typical Vietnamese drink Three Colors (RM 5.50), which is good and Ice Lime Tea (RM 3.50).

This place was one of the pioneers to start serving Viet food. It used to be non halal but now gone halal. Food here is pretty good and I like that rice dish too.

I prefer dining upstairs, better ambience. Have not posted about Co Do yet. Spring rolls are tiny! Hee hee..
