来发发@Happy Garden

Yesterday was Valentine's Day, is it too bad if I told you I had my dinner at Chinese restaurant :p? Yeap, I visited 来发发@Happy Garden yesterday, not my initial plan though, I wanted so much to eat "Bah Kut Teh" at the food court next to Sri Petaling Carrefour, but damn... the whole food court moved already!!! Anyone know where's the "Bah Kut Teh" moved to, please let me know... thanks thanks.

(I don't mind eating expensive food, but just don't like to feel like cheated by having expensive food on Valentine's day.)

My last visit to 来发发... I think back to about 2 years ago... but as far as I remember, they don't have menu like this last time, this is full coloured photos menu, displaying food in the most tempting look.

I've ordered 公保田鸡, 黑啤排骨 and 虾酱蕹菜, all the foods are nice, half way eating 田鸡, then only I remember I need to take photo.. :D. I'm sure will visit again very soon, cause I haven't try the chef recommended 东玻肉. Finished almost all the food by myself... (SG don't like to eat much at night), + 2 bowls of rice. Food + "Kuk Bou" tea = RM39.

Gin Ryu Tei @ Mid Valley

Gin Ryu Tei at Mid Valley, this is my first time visit here with SG and family. The menu offer most of the typical Japanese cuisines, set menu price range from RM20 to RM30 (+ you can enjoy 20% discount on non-promotion item if you have WorldCard with Ryu Tei logo).

We've ordered half-dozen of Oysters, Salmon Sashimi, Katsu Don, Teppan Chicken set and 2 Ramen set. Overall, food is good and I will visit again next time to try the Ramen, cause I'm having Katsu Don today.

Yes, I know no point mention the food here, since I missed the photo... again. Hai... this weekend is just like, living without soul. Next time, I promised...

Starhill Gallery Relish Floor - Jogoya

Heard that a famous Japanese buffet, Jogoya has opened a new outlet at Starhill Gallery, so today we (me, SG, PasanKia, TY) decided to give it a try (priced at RM78 for dinner during promotion period, RM88 normal price). (2-march-06, read post here)

Just as its website said, "the concept of flow, new dining experiences of the modern Oriental". The environment is great, first glance everything seems exciting, but once I started to hunt for food... disappointed. The food is not as great as what you can see at here, nor the taste also... surprisingly, salty. Luckily the coconut drink here is cute and "handy", taste not bad (PasanKia
love that, from size to taste... I think)

Too bad, tonite I forgot to take any picture... dun ask me why. Is the food or the environment charmed me? I guess... the only thing attracted most, girls and girls and girls... walking here and there. :D
